I'm a professor of language and linguistics, living and working in Kobe, Japan. Since April 2012, I have been teaching in the Department of English at Konan University (Okamoto). Prior to this, I worked at various universities, including the University of Düsseldorf, McGill University, Radboud University, Nijmegen, and the University of Sheffield.
